Air Wildwood is a bed where transparency and the pristine perfection of glass are contrasted with the physicality, warmth and ‘imperfection’ of natural wood.
The inspiration to include wood among the LAGO finishes came from a desire for truth. There is no material more true than wood: it is ancestral, warm and welcoming.
The texture of the Wildwood finish exalts the natural grain of the wood and shows the signs of wear and the passage of time.
This is wood that has lived, where imperfections and marks give the product its true added value.
The headboard, finished with artisan care, can be accessorised with a fabric headrest and sheets of glass on the sides. You can also attach fabric-covered components that act as bedside tables and places for keeping objects, so that everything you need stays at arm’s reach.
The Air Wildwood bed is a striking piece and can also be set up in the middle of the room to stunning effect. The wood used for the headboard is tactile and full of emotion, thanks to the texture of the wood grain, which makes each bed unique and original. The headboard can be centred with respect to the mattress or set up off-centre.
